Did you know that colour can positively impact your overall well being? 

• Hi everyone, I am Alpa and I’m a Personal Stylist with a passion for colour and style!  I am particularly intrigued by colour psychology and how the colours we wear or have in our surroundings can impact the way we feel and drive desired behaviours.
• When we know this, we can start to make conscious colour choices in our daily lives to contribute to our well being.
• I’m on a mission to share what I know to help others around me tap into this accessible tool for self care - particularly in challenging times where looking after you wellbeing is so important. I am running a series of virtual ‘Connect with Colour’ workshops to interested companies, teams, individuals on this topic, with part of the proceeds going to Shooting Star Chase.
