When a child’s life is expected to be short, there’s no time to waste.Together for Short Lives is the UK charity that is here to make sure the 99,000 seriously ill children and their families can make the most of every moment they have together – whether that’s for years, months or only hours. 

Our nephew / cousin Henry sadly lost his brave fight against acute myeloid leukaemia this year.  To mark Henry's upcoming 10th birthday, amidst the grief for Henry's passing, we wanted to do something positive in memory of Henry and to support the charity that enables care for other seriously ill children like our brave nephew / cousin.

As a family of 5 (Henry's Auntie, Uncle and 3 cousins) we wanted to embark on a family challenge together... 100 + 10,000 + 1,000. 

A 4, 6, 9, 38 and 39 year old spending our nephew's birthday swimming 100m, cycling 10,000m and running 1,000m.
