In August, Everybody Wins! friends & community join the Race to the Top of Vermont and hike 4.3 miles and 2,564 vertical feet up Mt. Mansfield, Vermont's highest peak, to keep children reading with their mentors, no matter what.

Story

The Girards and Osgoods will be riding up Mt. Mansfield on August 28 to help fund a wonderful program that enables children to read with their mentors in 2022. As a mentor, and board member I have seen firsthand the joy of children with their mentors and the power of reading aloud to children. Please give generously and help us get kids and their mentors off to a good start this fall!

About the charity

In Everybody Wins!, each child is matched with a safe, caring, adult volunteer who meets with them one-on-one each week over lunch at school to read stories and have conversations. Over 600 Everybody Wins! volunteers read with children each year in Vermont and NH.
