.Cath, Pawel, Seb, Stan, Marcin and Adam are all taking part in the Mens Health Survival of the fittest obstacle race in Cardiff on the 24th September.

As a group we have decided to do this run on behalf of the epilepsy action charity and would greatly appreciate any donations. If you donate please pop your name down so we can thank you. :)

We have been training together after work to work on our upper strength and running stamina. (Which we have had many funny memories within the training sessions to tell... I'm sure Marcin will tell you one..)
