I've worked with children for almost a decade, and a few years ago, I worked in an SEN school with children who had a range of additional needs, some of whom were critically ill and I saw how difficult this was for them and their families. One child was lucky enough to receive a Wish, and it was life-changing for them in terms of the joy it brought! Make-A-Wish is an amazing charity, and I'd love to be able to grant a child a wish by running the London Marathon for them. This will be a huge personal journey for me, but even more so for the children who benefit from Make-A-Wish!
