I'm a professor with the Recreation and Leisure Services Program at Fanshawe College. I am one of 2 professors associated with Fit for Care 2021 - looking after the student team responsible for creating and delivering the virtual "Mindful Moments" event, happening the evening of November 24th.

I'M ON A MISSION to help the student team raise a terrific chunk of coin that will allow McCormick Home to purchase an accessible glider-swing for residents, to ward off social isolation and loneliness.This life-enriching initiative will provide an inclusive, therapeutic movement experience for both the young and young-at-heart.
