As some of you may know, I joined the New York City Associate Board this spring, having been around the Summer Search community for almost two decades! Despite everything that has impacted our country in 2022, Summer Search New York City students have continued to succeed:

• 99% of Summer Searchers graduated high school
• 80% were accepted into a post-secondary program
• 78% have committed to a post-secondary program.

Now more than ever we see the importance of supporting the continuation of the mission. The Associate Board is determined to meet our annual fundraising goal of $150,000 to support Summer Search NYC’s programming, and we are excited to be hosting an in-person Summer Search Soirée on October 27th at Five Iron Golf Herald Square. For those who are unable to attend, would you consider making a gift to support BIPOC students throughout New York City?
