Story

Mental Health - The Silent Killer

Imagine being so stressed or anxious that you cant find the strength to get out of bed or leave the house, the weight of the world on your shoulders and the struggle to breathe in certain situations.

This is the reality of so many...too many young men who have become overwhelmed by the constant juggling of home life and the astounding pressures in today's modern world.

76% of suicides are by men and suicide is the biggest cause of death of men under 35.

As men, ironically, we struggle with talking about struggling and we battle with our pride  and self expectations to keep ourselves silent.

Three majorly unfit men are taking on the London to Brighton bike ride 2019 in hope to raise as much awareness as possible for mental health amongst men.

With Stress, Anxiety and Depression you can't train or prepare for them. So neither have we. We have barely  even scratched the surface of training for the 54 mile slog that lies ahead.

So please give what you can and help us cycle for purpose and also help us spread the word to friends, family and work colleagues that IT'S OK NOT TO BE OK!!!

Thank you so much!

Luke, Rick & Dan
