Allan sadly passed away on Monday 3rd January 2022. He loved his wife Louise, his family, friends, fitness & pets (FurBabies.) Allan had a MASSIVE heart & some of this he gave to animals. He enjoyed to spend his time helping them & being a friend to them & for this reason, in his memory all monies donated will go directly to West Wales Poundies, a charity that both Allan & Louise supported & had family members from. Did you know that stray dogs in the council pounds only have 7 days to be claimed before they are destroyed? Yes it's a shocking fact and maybe I should have said euthanised but these are no mercy killings, these poor souls are killed as they are unwanted. This is the reason that WWP started 12 years ago as the founder Lianne Evan's could not sit back and do nothing to help them. The rescue initially started as a staffie rescue but over the years we have had all breeds , shapes and sizes through the doors as we don't leave any dogs to this fate in the 3 local council pounds . In the past we have boarded the dogs in local private boarding kennels but it has always been our dream to own our own . We at WWP are all volunteers and whilst we are saving for the kennels we still need to pay the normal bills , vet, boarding, transport etc so we are asking for your help . No amount is too small as it all adds up . Please can you help us?
