Release Ayrshire - an online men's mental health charity which includes a first step chatting platform for anyone who is struggling. 

Men’s mental health is something that’s important to me and I want to continue doing my bit by raising some money for a great charity and raising awareness at the same time. 

Despite some great efforts from a number of people and charity’s in recent years there still remains a huge stigma around men’s mental health and I want to do my bit to reduce the stigma through my own challenge.
