As some of you will remember I took up the challenge of the Titan Abseil earlier in the year. But just because that wasn't scary enough...I bring you 'The Titan Swing'!!!!

The abseil straight down was just too tame so I'm attempting the completely unique, never been done for charity before, Titan Swing. This involves launching myself off the side of the Titan Crane in Clydebank (150ft freefall) and swinging out across the River Clyde tarzan style.

I'm doing this for the same amazing cause as the last time, enable Scotland, who provide dedicated and world class support for people with learning disabilities, their families and carers. I feel strongly about this cause and would greatly appreciate any donations that you beautiful people can afford.

The swing is on Saturday 10th September 2011.
