I've always wanted to do a challenge for charity but didn't know who for. I have been thinking about what I would do since my wife ran the London Marathon and the sense of achievement and giving was immense. 

When my dad was recently diagnosed with Prostate Cancer I was inspired to do something to help raise money and awareness. 

A marathon is amazing and something I may do one day but it's not for me yet. A 10k in London is a perfect event where my creaking body can hopefully handle without further causing more problems with my dodgy back, Achilles and calf muscles.

If you can donate anything it would be very appreciated.
