I running in the PUMA Hellrunner on the 7th November cause I'm a bit thick and don't know any better. As you can see at their website this involves a half-marathon through the hills, rivers and bogs of Delamere Forest  http://www.hellrunner.co.uk/index.htm

I'm raising money for The Christie as part of the run and I'm sure you will agree a picture of me up to my neck in a forest bog in November is worth a £5 donation to a good cause.
