Hi my name is Allan,

I am running the london Marathon in aid of help Help the hospices, I am a newley qualified staff nurse and have seen first hand the services and support that hospices provide to individuals in their care an to their fammilies and friends.  As you can see by my photo above of my dog and personal trainer Ollie, the pressure I am under to raise a lot of money and to run a good race, as appearences are deceptive and Ollie is a real task master when he is awake and a very strict trainer!!!!

So please help me and give generously
