All my life, I have always had very long hair. I have been planning to cut it for sometime and have decided to finally bite the bullet. I will be donating my hair for cancer sufferers and also raising funds. I was 21 when my family was cruelly ravaged by cancer. Losing my wonderful father, in a matter of weeks, left a very long lasting impression on my family. Macmillan were incredible during this time. I know getting a hair cut is an every day thing; but in the life of Aliya; this is HUGE! I'm absolutely terrified! I thought that even if we raise just a little money, it will still be worth it. No excuse is too small to raise money for a good cause and to say we have all been touched, one way or the other by cancer, would be a euphemism. So please, if you would be so kind, let's try and raise something. One of the things I will never forget, is the Macmillan support during my Dad's illness.
