St Christopher's Hospice provided palliative care to my dad in late 2020, who passed away following a battle with metastatic colon cancer. Along with my partner and my sister, we're aiming to raise funds for an organisation which supported my dad in his final months, and made the experience as bearable, comfortable and sensitive as possible.
