Story

On 22nd March I took part in the ROCKSOLID 10K 'Tough Mudder' event. A Tough Mudder is a Ten K running through mud with pain inducing obstacles.  It was hard!  For some reason this didn't seem enough and so in April I will be running the Plymouth Half Marathon. 13.1 miles more than my knees prefer these days!

This will be done to raise funds in memory of a dear and very much missed friend.

10 years ago this October, 19 year old Lee Wilson was found in his bed my his Mother, Carole. He is always in out hearts, and Ali wanted to do something to continue to raise funds in his memory.
The funds raised in Lee's memory will be going to the charity CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) who have continued to be a great support for Carole, Steve, Wayne and Sam.
