Story

Lindsay is expecting again 🤗 and my 2nd grandchild is due in July. Lil turns 34 in the same month and I am so incredibly proud of the beautiful caring person she has become and that her dream of a sibling for Ffion is now a reality.. she's doing well and her pregnancy is coming along nicely, and Lil's Team are doing a great job of looking after them both..

I will turn 52 just after the race, an age my mum didn't reach so I'm dedicating this to her, i know she'd be incredibly supportive and proud of her family - and to my Dad.. as without him I may not have even continued to run after completing my first 5k.

So please help me raise funds for CF, not only because they need it, but also because I have to raise £400 to even enter the Race - and I really don't want all this training to be for nothing 😆.. Thank you.. 😘
