When I started my #60before60 list I was challenged to run 10k...a run was never on the cards but a 10k 'strut' is a perfect compromise! When my Dad was in the latter stages of Parkinsons Disease his local hospice in Lancaster gave amazing support to him...and equally importantly to my Mum so the opportunity to support a hospice in this way is not to be missed!  And so Team 60before60 was born...all under 60...some closer than others  😂😂
