I would like as many people as possibe to support "Katie Wishes 2 Walk appeal".  Katie is  7 year old girl who is local to Stoke on Trent and suffers with Spastic Diplegia Cerebral Palsy.  Her family are desperately fundraising to reach a target of £60,000.  The funds are to support Katie in getting to America where she will undgo an operation supporting her in being able to walk.
