We have decided to raise money for this cause because of the quality of care they gave to my mum when she wanted to come home from hospital on end of life. This was her last wish and they fulfilled it for her so she could be at home with her family by her side. If it wasn’t for them, my mum would have struggled to get transferred home in time. Their care and attention was incredible and made my anxious and poorly mum feel so comfortable and at ease.. we thank them from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️
