I must be crazy and best get back to the gym!  

I felt the challenge I did last year was worth the pain for what I raised,, so this year a little 24 mile hike has appealed to me 😂

On Saturday 25th September I am taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge to help raise funds for my Liverpool Hospitals - the place where I work and where I have admired my colleagues care, compassion and dedication over the last, very hard 18 months.  

The Royal, Aintree and Broadgreen Hospitals where patients and staff benefit from the hard work if the charity. .
