Nathan and I ran the Great North Run on Sunday 19th September along with 54,000 other runners. It's always a fantastic day which raises a massive amount of money for charity.

Monique ran the Junior Great North Run 9-11 year old group race on Saturday completing the 3 mile distance in 27 minutes, this was her first ever race and she was so excited yet nervous too.
