I have been volunteering for St Rocco’s for 8 years now and the work that the hospice does is fantastic. I have in recent years lost a number of my dear friends too Cancer and in there last few weeks of life they stayed at St Rocco’s Hospice, where there every need was taken care of with love and dignity.

I have been nominated by a dear Friend who actually took part in the 2015 Strictly Rocco’s, which I had the pleasure to attend. The atmosphere was amazing and the money that was pledged by everyone who wanted to help this great cause was mind blowing.

To be honest I said yes without even thinking about it – it was only after a few weeks when reality kicked in I realised what I had signed up for – ‘come on really 400 people watching you dance ’ – but you know what why not! - I have now started to take my dance lessons and I am loving it – so hopefully I won’t embarrass my family and friends too much on the night.

So please help me raise as much money as possible by giving whatever you can afford to this great cause.
