My beautiful son, Nathan, tragically lost his three year fight against lymphoma on the 29th August 2012, aged 27. During his illness, the treatment and care that Nathan received from the haematology doctors, nurses and many support staff at the Hallamshire Hospital was outstanding. As he was only 24 when his lymphoma was first diagnosed, Nathan was also able to access the wonderful facilities and suport of the Sheffield Teenage Cancer Trust, which made his many stays in hospital more comfortable.

I am raising funds for Sheffield Hospitals to help benefit other haematology patients during their treatment. the funds will support complimentary theraphies, additional isolation rooms, improvements to the day ward and dedicated facilities for teenagers and young people.
