Despite her illness, Catherine was a brilliant mum, wife, daughter and friend to many. She never stopped smiling or caring about others and lived her life to the full. Catherine was truly amazing and it would be a fitting tribute to raise money for St Ann's Hospice in her memory, who cared for Catherine in her last days.
