Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.

I'm not a runner by any stretch of the imagination; it's the horrible thing between cycling and walking, which are both lovely.  (OK, running a little bit's alright, but running any distance at all is just inhuman.)  In training, my legs feel like great big lumps of concrete.

Anyway, I wanted to do something personally challenging in memory of my friend Jill.
