Thanks for taking the time to visit this JustGiving page.
Adam was a handsome intelligent and healthy 22 year old who had never been ill in his life. He went to Cardiff Uni to study IT and worked at The Park Inn Hotel in the accounts department. He was a Cardiff City fan through and through, football and Cardiff were his passions. He had a loving family, doted on his younger sister, Lucy and was loved by everyone who knew him. He was diagnosed with Ewings Sarcoma in March 2013, began Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy with the strength and determination that I could only hope for, he kept us going with his positivity.
In December 2013, the sarcoma had spread and although this was not great news, again, he shrugged his shoulders, accepted a new treatment and told us all we were carrying on. He was a true inspiration to everyone.
In May 2014, Adams battle with this cruel and hateful sarcoma ended when he drifted peacefully and quietly to sleep surrounded by his close family, he passed with such dignity and grace and although our hearts broke, they also burst with pride at his wonderful existence.
We are all so lucky and fortunate to have had Adam in our lives, and we will carry on and fight this disease, in his honour and memory so one day, when we have beaten this and young people are being saved, we will all know that Adam had a hand in saving them.
We are going to raise as much as we can so any event that you want to organize or any donations you want to give will go in Adams memory straight into this research, feel free to use this page and TEXT alert 'jone91 £5' to advertise your event and thank you on behalf of Adam and from the bottom of our hearts.
