I am running the London Marathon 2020 for the Canal and River Trust, and just to make it more fun, I will be running it in costume as a snail!  

I love running because it gets me outdoors, off the busy roads and into the countryside. I do a lot of my running along the canals and rivers in Warwickshire. I'm passionate about nature and our fabulous English countryside - and the rivers and canals are an integral part of that. 

The Canal & River Trust is the new charity that has been set up to keep people, nature and history connected by caring for England and Wales' wonderful legacy of 200-year old waterways and ensuring that they are available for everyone to enjoy now and forever.
