Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm taking part in the 5K version of the Bupa Great South Run in Portsmouth on 29th October.

In true X-Factor journey style.. 9 weeks ago I had only ever run for a bus and struggled with just 1 minute, now I'm running for over half an hour non-stop and feeling fitter and healthier than ever. If you can spare a couple of quid please support me and the Alzheimer's Society.
