Event: stRIDE FOR RECOVERY, from 6 June 2020 to 13 June 2020
The Good Samaritan Fund subsidises treatment for men who cannot otherwise afford to access our life-changing programmes.

Story

Our daughter, Rachel, has worked at Yeldall Christian drug and alcohol rehab centre since 2008, except for 2 1/2 years when she helped set up a similar rehab in Bolivia.  As government funding has decreased, so Yeldall's Bursary Fund has become more crucial in enabling men to access rehabilitation and have the chance of a new life.

We enjoy cycling as it is often the best mode of transport. We bought our tandem in 1986 and each of our 4 children has enjoyed cycling on it.  We moved to Dudley last year.  It is full of interesting and beautiful places to visit which we hope to highlight on our rides.
