We support bereaved children in Oxfordshire to help them face the future with hope.

Story

On 2 March 2015 our lives changed forever when our precious 18 year old daughter had a fatal reaction to her migraine medication. Megan was a fun loving, kind & thoughtful young lady, & her death has left such a huge & painful void in our lives.

SeeSaw is a charity that offers grief support for children & young people in Oxfordshire. They were a huge support for my son as well as for me, my husband, & for Megan's friends.

On Saturday 9 September I will be starting Wainwright's coast to coast walk to raise money for SeeSaw. This is a 190 mile walk across the country, starting at St.Bee's Head on the west coast, & finishing at Robin Hood's Bay on the east coast. I am aiming to do this in 12 days, & I'm being joined along the way by various friends.

Megan would have been 21 on 1 November this year so I am also doing this to mark her 21st birthday; seven weeks early to hopefully have more daylight walking hours & better weather.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story & visiting my JustGiving page.
