Last year my cousin John was diagnosed with cancer and Marie Curie in N Ireland provided warmth and support to him and his family. 

John was an extended member of our family.. a welcome additional farm labourer (!) growing up, and could never do enough for those around him. 

I am taking a leaf out of his book, just getting stuck in, training in all weather, and will be running in his memory. 

Giving anything you can will help Marie Curie support many more, doing their bit to make those difficult days easier, through warmth and care.
