*Update*
Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus, St Lukes have decided to cancel the Midnight Walk which would have taken place late June. However, we will still be completing the 10 mile walk over the weekend in all our gear! Myself and Sam will also continue to raise funds for them through various activities throughout the coming months including virtual gigs and dedicated cover videos. Thank you all for your ongoing support! X

I lost one of the most incredible women I've ever met recently. And though she lost her fight, she fought strong and hard. But despite all that she was going through, not a day went by where she'd fail to put a smile on our faces. Nanna was and always will be the bravest, most beautiful little lady and I am so honoured to have been able to call her family. There is no combination of words that could portray even a fraction of the pain and heartbreak I'm bearing. Not a day will go by where I won't long to hold your hand, hear you sing your heart out to your favourite song again, or even just see you smile. Rest well Nanna xxxxx
St Lukes took Nanna under their wing in her final few weeks. Their hospitality and attention to care was phenomenal; they couldn't have done more to make her comfortable and we couldn't be more appreciative.
To say our thank yous to St Lukes for all that they have done for us, myself and Sam will be taking part in the Midnight Walk and raising funds through a series of online musical activities during lockdown. All monies raised will go towards the hospice to allow them to continue to provide amazing care and support to families like ours. Please donate generously x
Love always Nanna. Until we meet again 💞💞 xxxxxx
Since 1988, St Luke’s has been providing palliative care to local people, supporting them in ways which go beyond the scope and funding of the NHS. Last year we supported over 1,000 local people with a huge range of support from end of life care on our ward to supporting carers, and from helping children cope with grief to helping patients return to work after an illness. We are a charity and provide all our care for free, so we rely on the generosity and commitment of our supporters to raise more than 80% of our costs.
