True Colours Theatre CIO Foundation is a charity based on the North East of England.

They provide inclusive performing arts sessions for children to adults with various needs ranging from anxiety, mental health, autism, ADHD to complex needs, life limiting conditions to palliative visits and so much more.

They also provide holiday activities and socialisation activities within the community.

The work they provide is so important and to see young children up to adults all growing in confidence without any stigma or difference is something magical to see!

The friendships that grow and the acceptance of each and every member is the reason they strive to do even more…..

As the founder and CEO,  myself and Shannon are  on a mission to make even more of a difference.

We both have the honour of working with the members and visiting various organisations and know first hand what a  difference the charity is making.

We both may dance but running is a different thing for us! We will be in True Colours Style and will be easily spotted that is for sure!
