Celebrate 90 years of life-changing services by taking on a 90 themed fundraiser. The money you raise will help us remained committed to supporting people with sight loss now, and for the next 90 years.

Story

The Glitter Team are turning into Grannies and taking on a big adventure to celebrate their own 90th birthdays this autumn - just like Guide Dogs!

Donned in their finest attire and rollers, these glamorous grannies will be dusting off their zimmer frames to take on a 90,000 steps challenge on Tuesday 14th September around Leamington Spa. If that wasn’t exciting enough - they’ll also be taking on mini 90-themed challenges as they go chosen by you!

Want to set them a challenge? Simply make a donation to
their page!

Donate £5 to pick a song! 90s tunes will be favoured. They’ll then record a video of them performing your song while out pounding the pavements.

Donate £10 to set a 90-second challenge for an individual
Glitter Granny. Choose any challenge from star jumps to dancing in public, then nominate Pam, Tracey, Ali, Jen or Lynette, and they will then have to do your 90-second activity while out on the walk.

Donate £20 - anything goes. As long as it’s possible (safe
and legal) while out on their 90,000 steps adventure! Pick any 90-themed challenge for all the Glitter Grannies to get involved with or pick on one lovely lady! Don’t worry - we’ll ensure there is evidence!

So what are you waiting for, get donating!

The ability to get around is vital in order to live a full life yet thousands of people with sight loss never leave home alone. We empower visually impaired people to do that and rely on the support of the public to fund the guide dog service.
