After finally jumping on the organised running event bandwagon, I am now training for the London Marathon 2023 in aid of a charity close to my heart Alzheimer's Research UK. Some of you may know that wonderful Grandmother Doreen was diagnosed with Alzheimer's around 2016 and has been gradually been suffering with the deterioration of the disease. She is now 91.

1 in 3 people born in the UK this year will develop dementia in their lifetime.

I would be massively grateful if you could donate some spare cash for such a wonderful charity  dedicated to causes, diagnosis, prevention, treatment and cure for Alzheimer's and dementia.
