At the end of July, I will be relay swimming the channel in aid of the London based charity Aspire. Inspired by last years relay swim from fellow UOSSWPC team mates, I thought I would give it a go and challenge myself.

In preparation we will be training in freezing cold water for the next few months- no wetsuits allowed! 

Aspire are an amazing charity, and help rehabilitate and provide resources for spinal cord patients. We visited their London base in November, and was moved by the stories of those whose lives have been changed for the better by this charity.
