I work as a Clinical Health Psychologist for RCHT and also work as a yoga teacher and wellbeing practitioner. As we are going through difficult times due to COVID-19 with an increasing demand placed on our hospital I would like to offer yoga, fitness and mindfulness sessions to support the wellbeing of hospital staff as I understand the benefit of practising yoga, self-care and regular exercise for managing stressful situations. I am offering these classes for free to all NHS staff and ask that anyone else who would like to take part (and is able to), makes donates towards the RCHT charity fund to support our hospital in whatever way is needed.

I will be offering regular live stream classes via Zoom as well as recording and saving classes so that they can be accessed at any time. My yoga classes are aimed towards those who have some experience of yoga, however I advise that all can join if you are sensible in listening to what your body is able to do and not try and force any postures that do not feel good. If you have been advised by your GP not to partake in exercise/yoga please do not attempt to join. Please feel free to message me directly with any questions.
