In June, I am running the Swansea Half Marathon for Play Action International.

I will be heading out to Uganda in July 2023 with a group of volunteers to assist with transforming an empty field at a local school into an exciting new playground bursting with colour and fun, leaving a legacy for children to learn and develop essential life skills and nurture their physical, psychological and social development through the language they know best - Play!

This will help them create memories that will last a lifetime, and put a smile on their faces. I can't wait to be a part of the team that makes this possible!
