The Iain Rennie Hospice at Home provides specialist nursing care in the Chilterns region of Herts and Bucks.They care for around 1000 patients each year and our service is free of charge to patients and their families.

On the 19th September we will 'Walk the Chalk' scaling the Chilterns three peaks of Whiteleaf Cross, Coombe Hill and Ivinghoe Beacon! All money raised goes to Iain Rennie Hospice at Home.
