This September I am running the BUPA Great North Run for the Terrence Higgins Trust.  After having run the London Marathon in 2006 this seems a bit of a step back - but I am keen to continue raising money for the THT as well as helping my slightly mad mother cross the line!

The THT is a charity set up to increase awareness and understanding of HIV, and to improve the health and quality of life of those who are affected by the disease. More information about the charity can be found at www.tht.org.uk.
