On Saturday 14th September I will be running the 5k 'Pretty Muddy Race For Life' at Clumber Park in aid of Cancer Research. This is not only a 5k run but a 5k run with obstacles (eek!).

I have had recent experience of cancer in my family and therefore Cancer Research is a charity close to my heart as it strives to undertake important research into finding a cure for the hopefully not so far away future.

If you are able to make a donation it would be hugely appreciated and your money will be going straight to a fantastic cause.
