This January I am aiming to be physically active every single day in order to raise money for Mind. As physical activity is a great way to support the improvement of mental health, I will be either running, going to the gym or playing lacrosse every day for the next month to support Mind.
As evidence I will be uploading screenshots of my Strava account, or posting some awkward photos from the gym or lacrosse pitch.
