On the 17th November 2022 Emily and I will be heading to Marrakesh to trek across the Sahara desert for 6 days raising money for the Martlets who cared for Elaine; Emily's mum during her final days. The Martlets provide essential services to local people affected by terminal illness. They provide both in and out patient services as well as physiotherapy, counselling, welfare advice and social activities.

The Martlets relay heavily on support from the local community and due to the generosity of local people their care provided is free. 

The money you donate could be used for so many vital things; 

£5 could buy a medical dressing an essential item for patient care 

£38 would fund one counselling session for families facing bereavement 

£138 would pay for a day's care for a patient in their own home.
