Story

I am running and walking 62 miles throughout October to raise awareness for suicide prevention, a cause close to my heart.

10 years ago, my beautiful godmother sadly took her own life at the age of 54. Those who knew my godmother, knows her energy was infectious, she was generous, caring and had a heart of gold.

My family's lives changed forever and to this day we still struggle to come terms with the tragedy we faced.

Every day in the UK we lose 18 people to suicide. This isn’t just a stat on a page. These are our mums and dads, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, partners and friends.

To those who are struggling and contemplating suicide, there is help out there and CALM's mission is to bring everyone together to unite against suicide - so that no one feels like suicide is their only option.

Any money you can give, will go a long way and I appreciate anything you can give no matter how small.
