In the U.K. and Ireland, someone takes their own life every 90 minutes. There are more suicides every year than people dying in car accidents - and Samaritans do vital work to prevent that, providing a much needed listening ear any time of day, every day of the year. Remy and I are putting our walking aversion to one side and getting out in the cold November air to raise much needed funds for this vital service 💚
