Story
I had originally intended to run Hackney Half 2020 to raise money for the International Rescue Committee, but this little thing called Corona decided to mess that one up. So instead I've decided to cover 100km of the North West coast of Scotland: 90km by bike and a 10km run.
A little note about the cause... IRC are a humanitarian charity who are currently doing amazing work helping vulnerable communities respond to Covid-19. People who know me well will know that supporting the rights and welfare of refugees is very close to my heart, and I'm determined to continue this support.
If you're interested in my route, I'm planning on cycling from the comforts of North Connel up to the picturesque valleys of Glencoe. Then will head back, stopping off for a 10km loop of Loch Creran. I'll be doing this one day over the next few weeks in June (before I move back down South/whenever it's not raining!), so any donations before/after will be accepted with huge gratitude.
