This is a fantastic charity that helps bring younger(ish!) and older people together to share in a sense of community and belonging.  I've experienced first hand it just bringing so much joy to people's lives.  As well as running groups & activities, they do amazing outreach work to support those most isolated and alone and give back a wonderful sense of connectedness and community support.
