London's street are paved with gold and lined with trees- well, thats the dream!

Trees for Cities do a great job of encouraging green spaces in inner city areas whether its campaigning to raise the profile of this excellent cause, working on community involvement, creating edible playgrounds or training all age groups though eduction and hands on projects so please help me raise money for this brilliant charity.

I will be running in the 10km on Sunday 30th May but half of the fun for you lot is the pain I shall suffer in the training beforehand. So get your money's worth and drag me out for a jog whilst you giggle or cycle alongside me shouting (possibly) encouraging things- an hourly rate shall be charged for the comedy pleasure.
